Troubleshooting - Device Connectivity

 

Step 1:  If your Smart Light begins flashing at random when you turn the light switch on, this means the light is resorting back to configuration mode.

 

Step 2:  Before reconnecting the light through the app, it is necessary to clear the data from the previous connection.

 

Step 3:  From the individual control page of the light that needs to be reset, click on the pencil edit icon in the top right hand corner of the screen.

 

Step 4:  Scroll down to the 'Remove Device' option, and select 'Disconnect and wipe data'.

 

Step 5:  Follow the steps under the 'Connecting Your Smart Light' section above to reconnect the light.
